I’m Diane Wilkinson, a recruiting leader with an MBA in Data Analytics. I’ve spent a decade hiring GTM talent across agency and in-house teams (AI/ML, ad-tech, enterprise & commercial sales). DRIVE is my boutique practice focused on three things:

How It All Started

DRIVE was founded in early 2013 out of a frustration with the lack of integrity in recruiting. Within the first year, we had signed six of comScore's top ten companies and many reached out themselves to secure a spot on our waiting list. Five years later after a battle with stage 3 lymphoma, I closed DRIVE to focus on recovery. 

In 2025, after full remission, nonprofit work and an in-house ad tech recruiting stint, DRIVE has been reimagined as a people consultancy helping organizations benefit from new technologies revolutionizing recruiting.
